对 6年生 49个家系的降香黄檀幼林进行了生长和心材形成状况调查,结果表明:( 1)不同家系间树高、胸径、枝下高和冠幅生长存在极显著差异。白沙 28、白沙 29、五指山 60、通什 63和东方 98五个家系在生长性状中表现最好,可作为降香黄檀采种育苗或组织培养的材料加以重点研究;( 2)海拔与胸径呈显著正相关,即一定范围内较高海拔的家系能有较大的茎粗生长;年均降雨量与树高、枝下高和冠幅存在极显著的负相关,干旱地区的家系生长表现具有一定的优势;( 3)心材检测结果表明 6年生林分胸径在 8 cm以下没有心材形成,胸径在 8~ 10 cm范围内的部分有少量心材形成,胸径大于 10 cm的全部有心材形成,其时采用石油醚浸渍法提取的挥发油含量为 5.31%;(4)采用气相色谱 -质谱联用仪分析挥发油的成分及相对含量,鉴别出 16种化学成分,占挥发油总量的 48.47%,其中含量最高的是橙花叔醇,相对百分含量为 26.38%。

Investigation of growth and heartwood on six-year-old young forest of Dalbergia odorifera T.Chen 49 families was carried on. The result showed: There was significant differences of the tree height, diameter breast-height, clear length and crown diameter among the families. The BaiSha28, BaiSha29, WuZhiShan60, TongShen63 and DongFang98 can be the material of collect seeds and nursery and tissue culture of D.odorifera for the superior growth traits. Correlation analysis between growth performance and ecological and geographic factors revealed diameter breast-height significantly positive correlation with altitude, average annual precipitation was extremely significantly negative related to height, clear length and crown diameter . There was no heartwood with DBH less than 8cm;part of DBH within 8-10 cm forming a small amount of heartwood; but all of DBH> 10 cm.The content of volatile oil was 5.31% of heartwood used petroleum ether dipping extracting. The volatile oil was subjected to ingredient analysis using a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) can identify 16 kinds of chemical composition and content of 48.47% while the highest content is nerolidol, its relative content was 26.38%.
