在土壤有机碳库中,土壤活性有机碳对物理、化学等干扰因素响应最为敏感,在养分循环中起着重要的作用,土地利用方式的变化是引起土壤活性有机碳的变化最主要原因之一。研究不同土地利用方式下土壤活性有机碳不同组分的动态变化,对调控土壤养分流、维持土壤肥力和完善碳循环的动态平衡机制具有十分重要的意义。综述了土壤活性有机碳的定义、组分及不同土地利用方式对土壤活性有机碳多种组分影响的研究进展,并提出今后应加强的研究方向,以期为土壤养分管理和土地合理开发利用提供科学依据,为进一步开展土壤有机质退化机理研究奠定基础。

Soil active organic carbon (SAOC) is the most sensitive part of soil organic carbon pool on the reaction to physical and chemical interference factors, and also is the part of which plays an important role in the nutrient cycling, the change of land use mode is one of most causes leading the change of soil active organic carbon. To understand dynamic characteristics of different constituents of soil active organic carbon under different land-use types has the very vital significance to regulate soil nutrient, maintain soil interior productivity and perfect dynamic balance mechanism of carbon cycle. The definition, constituents of soil active organic carbon and research progress in the effects of land use mode on fractions of soil active organic carbon were summarized, and the research directions to be strengthened in the future were prospected, in order to provide theoretical basis for management of soil nutrient and reasonable development uses land, and lay a foundation for further understanding of soil organic matter degradation mechanism.
