在甘肃民勤连古城国家级自然保护区开展了白刺育苗试验研究,探讨了干旱荒漠区育苗措施对白刺苗木生长的影响,结果表明: (1)白刺播种量为 30.0 g•m-2比播种量为 37.5g•m-2的苗高生长提高了 25.7%,地径生长提高了 9.1%。(2)白刺种子经 ABT浸种后,出苗数比对照( CK)提高了 79.1%,出苗开始期和出苗高峰期分别比 CK提前 7d和 6d。(3)当覆土厚度为 1 cm时,其出苗数比覆土厚度为 3 cm提高 331.8%。(4)当施肥量为 180 g•m-2比施肥量为 120g•m-2的当年苗高生长提高 41.1%,地径生长提高 55.0%;当浇水次数为 6次比浇水次数为 4次的当年苗高生长提高 47.5%,地径生长提高 65.3%。( 5)7~ 8月是苗高快速生长期, 8月中旬~ 9月中旬是地径快速生长期。
Nitraria tangutorum seedling experiments were carried out in Minqin Liangucheng National Nature Reserve in Gansu to investigate the effects of cultivation measures on N. tangutorum seedling growth in arid desert area. The results show that (1) N. tangutorum seeding rate (30.0 g•m-2) increased seedling height growth by 25.7% more than that (37.5 g•m-2), increased collar diameter growth by 9.1%. (2)The germination ratio of N. tangutorum seeds soaking by ABT increased by 79.1% than CK, brought forward the seedling emergence beginning stage and peak period respectively earlier 7 days and 6 days than CK. (3) When the covering soil thickness was 1 cm, the emergence number increased by 331.8% than the covering soil thickness of 3 cm. (4) When the amount of fertilizer was 180 g•m-2, the seedling height and ground diameter growth increased by 41.1%, 55% respectively more than the amount of fertilizer (120 g•m-2); when the watering times was 6 times , the seedling height growth and ground diameter growth increased by 47.5%,65.3% respectively more than watering 4 times. (5) From July to August was the fast growth period of seeding height, from mid August to mid September was the fast growth period of seeding ground diameter.
