以一年生狐臭柴春枝为插条,于室温下在不同营养液中进行通气培养。通过对不同营养液中培养材料的形态、生理生化以及叶片制成的神仙豆腐的产量品质等指标进行考查。结果 表明:1/10 Hoagland 营养液培养的狐臭柴插枝的叶片可溶性糖和果胶含量以及神仙豆腐产量均较高;1/10 Hoagland+0.05 mg/L NAA 营养液对狐臭柴插枝的根和叶生长均有显著促进作用,用其叶制成的神仙豆腐品质较好。综合各项指标得出结论:通过离体培养狐臭柴枝条获得叶片、制作神仙豆腐,其适宜营养液配方为1/10 Hoagland+0.05 mg/L NAA。

The appropriate conditions of solution culture were optimized by cultivating the annual branches of Premna puberula inspring, and the relevant indices of cultured branches in different solution were investigated, including morphological, physiological,biochemical indices, and yield and quality of Shenxian tofu from leaves. The results show that soluble sugar content, pectin content andShenxian tofu yield were higher in 1/10 Hoagland solution. The growth of cutting plant’s roots and leaves were promoted significantlyand the quality of Shenxian tofu was better in 1/10 Hoagland+0.05 mg/L NAA. The appropriate nutrient solution formula was 1/10Hoagland+0.05 mg/L NAA.
