为减少 TVOC对人体和环境的危害,改善室内空气环境质量。通过不同涂料、不同饰面方法对杨木强化材进行表面涂饰,并与强化材和杨木素板的 TVOC释放情况比较,得出以下结论: (1)水性涂料与硝基涂料和醇酸清漆涂料相比,环保性能更为优越;而涂饰方法对 TVOC释放量的影响不大。 (2)表面涂饰对杨木强化材内部萜烯类和烷烃类的释放有较好的抑制作用,且涂料中的 TVOC能够以较快的速度挥发出去;此外,饰面后芳香烃类物质的释放量明显增加,但萜烯类和烷烃类物质的释放量显著降低。

To reduce endanger of TVOC to human and environment,improve indoor environmental quality, the effect factors of treated populus wood’s TVOC emission were found under different coating methods and paints, at the same time, compared with TVOC released by populus wood and treated populus wood with no surface finishing. The results show that (1) The environmental performance of populus coated by water-based paint was better than that of alkyd varnish and nitro varnish; coating methods have little effect on the experiment. (2) while the terpenes and aldoketones were decreased because of the sealing effect of film, the TVOC of coating can be released at a faster rate; after surface finishing, the amount of aromatic compounds of treated populus wood had a phenomenal growth.
