为研究不同材质果袋对“富有”柿果实生长发育的影响,采用 8种果袋于 6月 28日对柿果进行套袋处理,以不套袋为对照,通过定期采摘,观测不同套袋处理柿果内外指标的生长变化规律。结果 表明 : 11月 12日采收的果实硬度大、残次果率和褐斑率低,商品性好,提倡在该时期采收;在果实的生长发育过程中,外黄内黑双层袋和蓝色玻璃纸处理使果实单果质量、 VC含量下降,残次果和褐斑发生率增加,黄色和红色玻璃纸处理使果实硬度明显下降、残次果率上升,无色玻璃纸处理使残次果和褐斑发生率均有较明显增加,外白内红和外黄内白双层纸处理虽然降低了残次果率, 11月 22日采收时分别比对照果低 15.66%、14.14%,但其他品质下降较为明显,仍不宜提倡;白色单层纸袋内果实除 SCC含量略高于对照外,其它内在品质均有所降低,但其果面光洁度好、着色均匀, 11月 12日采摘时其商品性优于对照,值得生产上采用。

To study the effects of fruit bagging with different types of bags on growth and development of “Fuyu” persimmon, 8 kinds of bags were selected to bag “Fuyou”persimmon on June 28. By taking the non-bagged fruit as control, adopting regular picking, the fruit’s growth changing laws (internal and external index) with bagging treatments were investigated. The results show that the fruits harvested on Nov.12 had great rigidity, lower inferior fruits rate and lower brown spots and good commodity value, and Nov.12 was considered the best period to harvest. In fruit growth and development process, the treatments of outer yellow and inner black double-layer bags and blue cellophane bags decreased fruit weight and Vc content, increased defective fruit rate and brown spots; The treatments of yellow cellophane and red cellophane bags decreased fruit rigidity significantly and increased defective fruit rate; The treatment of colorless cellophane bags increased the incidence of brown spot and defective fruit; The treatments of outer white and inner red double-layer bags and outer yellow and inner white double-layer bags decreased defective fruit rate ,which were lower than non-bagged treatment 15.66 %, 14.14% respectively when harvested on Nov.12, but other fruit quality of the treatments were declined more obvious, these 7 treatments were thought not suitable to use. The treatment of white single-layer bag slightly decreased fruit internal quality except SCC content, but increased fruit surface smoothness and color uniformity, the commodity of the fruit harvested on Nov.12 better than the non-bagged treatment, it was recommend to use in production.
